Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Core & Faith Co.! Here is how shipping works:

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays — orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates (US orders)

• $4.99 flat-rate shipping on US orders under $50.

• FREE standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available, so you can follow your package.

Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require an additional shipping charge.

Carrier delays and lost packages
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier's control. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates provided by the carrier — we cannot guarantee carrier performance. If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your package appears lost, contact us through our Contact page and we will help: we will work with the carrier, and where a package is confirmed lost we will reship your order or refund you.
