Core & Faith Co. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit coreandfaith.com or shop with us, and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us through our Contact page.
Contact and order information:  When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
Account information:  If you create a member account on our site, your account information and preferences are processed through our Wix website platform.
Communications: When you contact us, leave a review, or respond to a review request, we receive the information you share.
Automatically collected information: Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information through cookies (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and to communicate with you about them (confirmations, shipping updates).
To respond to your questions and customer-service requests.
To operate and improve our store.
To send review-request emails after a purchase, so we can collect genuine customer feedback.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
How our site is built and who helps us
Hosting: Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Your information is processed on Wix's systems as part of operating the site.
Payments: Payments are processed by the payment options and providers available at checkout, which may include Wix Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shipping: We fulfill orders ourselves. We use shipping software (Shippo) to purchase shipping labels, which receives your name and shipping address for that purpose.
Reviews: Product reviews are handled by the Wix Reviews app; review content you submit is stored with the app to display on our site.
Other apps and widgets: Our site includes an Instagram feed widget and standard Wix features (site search, contact forms, member accounts). These service providers process information only as needed to provide their features.
Analytics and cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising trackers on our site.
Our site uses cookies — including Wix's essential cookies — to keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart) and to understand basic site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the store works.
Marketing communications
We do not currently operate an email marketing list or send promotional marketing emails. If that changes, we will update this policy and offer a clear way to opt out.
You may still receive transactional emails about your orders (confirmations, tracking, review requests).

We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and tax obligations. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we will honor your request where the law allows.
