Refund Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026 We want you to love your Core & Faith pieces. If something is not right, here is our promise to you: Before you return anything. Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.  Timeframe and condition - You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. - Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.  Earrings For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case the damaged/defective/incorrect policy below applies. Changed your mind? We will gladly arrange an exchange or refund. Please note: - Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. - Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.   Received something damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? We will make it right with a replacement or refund — and in these cases we will refund your original shipping charge and cover all return and replacement shipping costs. Items on sale are returnable under our normal policy. Only items specifically marked as Final Sale or Clearance are final sale and cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. Please note: after we issue your refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
